1.) Acceptance of our Terms:

Welcome to MustviewAds.com. MustviewAds.com is owned and operated by 'Ultimate Internet Traffic Explosion!'. By using our website you and MustviewAds.com agree to abide by these 'Terms and Conditions' ('TaC') which may be updated without notice to you. The most recent version of the MustviewAds.com 'TaC' may be found at http://www.mustviewads.com/terms.php. In the event that these Terms and Conditions are updated or altered MustviewAds.com will notify all members of the changes and where they may review the updated 'TaC'.

2.) Relationship of the Parties:

You are an independent contractor, and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between you and MustviewAds.com. You understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of MustviewAds.com. You may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes for money earned while using the program.

3.) Requirements for Use:

In order for you to use the MustviewAds.com services you must register for an account. Registration is restricted to persons of 16 years of age or older. If you are a minor then you must have parental consent to join. This website is open to the United States and International members except where prohibited by law. You agree to use your own name and email address. Accounts are limited to one per person. Your computer must not be shared with another individual that has an existing account. Your email address may not be an autoresponder.

Members are expected to keep all information, including but not limited to email address, up to date. Members are solely responsible for any and all use of their account including authorization by them to any third party individual who may use that account.

4.) Limitation of Liability:

MustviewAds.com will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or program, even if it has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, aggregate liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement.

5.) DISCLAIMER

YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF MUSTVIEWADS.COM IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. THESE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". WE OFFER NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND THAT THIS SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR EXPECTATIONS AND WILL CONTINUE UNINTERUPTED.

6.) Use of Advertising Credits:

Advertising on Mustviewads can be obtained through the exchange of credits for page views, banner impressions, text ad impressions, and SuperAds. Credits may be earned by viewing other members' websites, as well as bonuses, and other promotions the MustviewAds website offers. SuperAd impressions may be earned by displaying SuperAds on your website. Credits, banner impressions, text ad impressions, and SuperAd impressions may also be purchased from our website for those who wish to do so.

Any method designed to automate the earning of these credits in a way not intended by MustviewAds.com and contrary to the intentions of this website are strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to repeated refreshing of your surfbar, automation software, multiple displays of the SuperAd code on a single webpage, repeatedly refreshing webpages with the SuperAd code, and any other method designed to obtain credits without a direct interaction between the MustviewAds.com website and the member.

7.) SPAM:

Spam is not tolerated at MustviewAds.com and any member found to be promoting this site through Spam will have their account terminated without notice.

8.) Mailing List Opt-In:

All members agree to recieve periodic emails from MustviewAds.com. These emails may contain updates, advertisements, or other messages from the MustviewAds.com administration.

Any member wishing to opt out of these mailings can do so by deleting their account.

9.) Rules for Websites:

Websites placed into rotation for page views may not:

• Contain more than one popup
• Break out of frames on load
• Contain Illegal content
• Contain pornography
• Contain Prompts, alerts, or confirmations on load
• Contain malicious coding, viruses, or trojans
• Disguise itself as a page from Mustviewads.com

Sites found in violation of these rules will be removed and credits assigned to it will be forfeited.

10.) Member Commissions:

MustviewAds.com pays out commissions on upgrades and credit sales to direct sponsors. MustviewAds.com makes no guarantee of income to it's members. Those member's recieving commissions will have their commissions paid to the payment processor they used for previous payments to MustviewAds.com. If a member has not made purchases through MustviewAds.com then they will be able to select the payment processor they wish to recieve commissions from. Members must request a payout before it will be made. This can be done inside the 'convert' section of the member's area.

11.) Account Termination:

Any member who wishes to remove their account from MustviewAds.com may do so by logging into the members area and clicking on the link that says 'Delete Account'.

Any member found is violation of the above rules may have their account terminated or suspended without notice and any credits, banner impressions, text ad impressions, SuperAd impressions, or commissions will be forfeited.
